U-10 SPRING 2009 REGISTRATION FORM

All West Newbury boys and girls born between August 1, 1998, and July 31, 2003  (entering kindergarten through 4^th grade) are eligible to play West Newbury Youth Soccer.   Registration forms can be printed from this website and submitted via mail.  Check back for Fall 2009 K - 2nd fall registration information.  U-10 Spring 2009 Registrations received after December 15, 2008 are subject to a late fee and are only accepted on a space available basis.
