The West Newbury Youth Soccer League (WNYSL)is a volunteer organization that has been in existence since 1989. The league is managed by an 8 member board of directors that include registrar, age group directors, and a managing board. All board members are appointed and are reviewed and updated each year. The board attempts to meet on a quarterly basis, and more often during seasons of play. 
 

Our Mission Statement

The WNYSL is a recreational program dedicated to maximizing participation by limiting team size and focusing on fun. At the younger ages, we focus on games and activities that develop fundamental skills, while the older kids learn more team based strategies and begin to compete on a local and regional level. We believe that all children should have the opportunity to play, and closely monitor our coaches to make sure that the experience is positive. For parents that desire a more competitive environment, we highly recommend checking out Seacoast United or New England Soccer School.
