Background Check Site

WNYL requires all Volunteers to submit to a Background Check once per year (rolling). The easiest way to determine if you need to do the Background Check is to look down at your shirt - if you're not wearing a jersey then the answer is, "Yes, you need to do one."

WNYL is happy to reimburse the cost of the Background Check and once you've completed the course please forward your certificate to the Webmaster and the fee will be refunded against your player's registration charge. If you don't require reimbursement then WNYL thanks you for your donation.

Please Note: The above website does not know if your most recent Background Check is recent enough to cover your current season (i.e. - it will let you register - and charge you - infinity times if you let it).
